      Let us tell you about Sincere!

      Sincere is the namesake of Dr. Deborah Wright's (5) year-old grandson who passed away December 28, 2005. Sincere was a special child: outgoing, confident, determined, and playful. He was all the the things every grandmother wants to see in her grandchildren. His passing was one of those things a grandmother never anticipates happening.

       

      The love of Dr. Wright's heart for his vibrant life led her in forming the Sincere Brand, naming her businesses, one of which is Sincere Home Care LLC, a 42-bed Assisted Living Facility, located on 5911 Holmes Court, Jackson, MS 39213.

      The Sincere Brand also has an adult day services center, providing our Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Program to Consumers, which is located at 6204 North State Street. Satellite locations for PSR Adult Day Services are located in Morton, MS, and Louisville, MS.

       

      The Corporate office is located at 932 North State Street, Jackson, MS 39202.

       

      Our community is in desperate need of providers who care for those within our community with the greatest needs. Sincere Home Care provides these services for residents of Hinds County, and beyond.

      Home and Community Based Services

      Home and community-based services (HCBS) provides opportunities for Medicaid beneficiaries to receive services in their own home and/or community, rather than institutions or other isolated settings. These programs serve a variety of targeted populations, including people with intellectual or developmental disability diagnoses, physical disabilities, and/or mental illnesses. A little support can go a long way, and we believe each person we serve deserves the utmost respect and loving care. Sometimes, things happen to people and it causes trauma, which results in a mental health diagnoses. Our focus and aim is to be the supportive partner in the recovery of each person we serve.

Knowing the need for Workforce Development was strong she moved forward in her business forming a powerful workforce development program, empowering community partners and citizens opportunities so strongly needed in the State of Mississippi.       Direct Care Staff: We are in need of a part-time Community Support Specialist and a Certified Peer Support Specialist. We are also interviewing for additional Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Staff. Apply today!

       

      • Community Support: Hiring
      • Peer Support: Works with Consumers providing group activities supporting wellness and recovery through interactive, positive, evidence-based, Peer Support activities and also provides instruction/implementation/continuation of the Wellness Recovery Action Plan, otherwise known as WRAP. 
      • Behavior; Licensed Professional Counselling is provided to our Consumers on a regularly scheduled basis.
      • Medical: We have on-staff Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses, as well as a Director of Nursing, who provides constant care to Consumers, and are there to take care of the needs of the hurting.
        ABOUT DIRECT CARE: A direct care worker provides assistance and care to the elderly, and individuals with mental/intellectual diagnoses, or clients who have been though rehabilitation programs, which can/may include state hospitals, mental health treatment facilities, and/or have been involved in long-term care, who are needing additional support. Our population could have experienced severe trauma and/or drug and alcohol addiction, and could have also been involved in/with the prison systems.
      •  The job of a direct care worker requires patience, empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and detailed knowledge of best care practices. The provisions of services occur in community-based settings, with a strong emphasis on person-centered thinking. Certain criteria, such as a college education may be required for certain staff. A Certified Peer Support Specialist needs to have completed/graduated 12th grade with either a high school diploma or G.E.D., and must have completed the CPSS Professional Training with the Mississippi Department of Mental Health, and possess the professional CPSS Certification to be considered.
